| | Speedway Motorsports to Acquire Dover International Speedway, Nashville Superspeedway
Speedway Motorsports Inc. announced Monday that they will be acquiring the publicly-held Dover Motorsports, Inc., owners of Dover International Speedway and Nashville Superspeedway. The transaction cost is $3.61 per share,
or $131.5 million.

| | Entry List: 2021 Motul Petit Le Mans
Saturday's chilly Motul Petit Le Mans will have 43 teams do battle for 10 hours. There are a season-high 10 LMP3 teams entered and 15 GT Daytona teams, in addition to seven DPis, five LMP2 cars and six GT Le Mans
entries.

For Friday's season finale for IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge, there are 40 teams entered, including a season-high 18 TCR cars. Forbush Performance is making their series debut with their Toyota GR Supra GT4, while Pierre
Kleinubing returns to Riley Motorsports.
