What to Watch: Thursday

- Today, NASCAR teams are still at their shops, preparing for this weekend's action in Bristol. Load-in at the track is tomorrow morning, so teams will likely leave tonight for the short haul to Eastern Tennessee.

- SRO America teams have the opportunity to participate in optional on-track testing today at Sonoma Raceway ahead of the season openers this weekend. The official timed sessions will start Friday morning. If any news breaks today, we'll have it for you at Frontstretch.

Around the World in Motorsports: April 13

- Spire Motorsports announced Wednesday that RelaDyne will serve as the primary sponsor of Corey LaJoie's No. 7 Chevrolet at Dover Motor Speedway. RelaDyne's Drydene brand will also continue to serve as the title sponsor of the 400-mile Cup race on the high-banked one-mile oval.

Here Are the 2022 Darlington Throwback Schemes

Wednesday and Thursday have seen the announcement of a couple more throwback schemes. Ryan Preece will drive a truck patterned after Reggie Ruggiero's modified from 1987 while Josh Berry will drive a car based on a Looney Tunes car Dale Earnhardt Jr. drove at Richmond in 2002.
