Records and facts
As this is an inaugural race, there is no past history to look at for the 1.25-mile egg-shaped oval. There have been 15 races for the NASCAR Xfinity Series and 21 for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series previously.
In the Xfinity Series, Carl Edwards had three victories here, including the controversial 2010 Missouri Illinois Dodge Dealers 250, where he dumped Brad Keselowski exiting turn 4 on the final lap. Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Kevin Harvick both won twice. In
Earnhardt Jr.'s case, they came in both of his championship seasons.
In the Camping World Truck Series, there have been two two-time winners (Sheldon Creed and Ted Musgrave) and 19 single-race winners. Of those entered in the Cup race, nine of them have previous victories at World Wide Technology Raceway. Only Harvick has wins in both the then-Busch Series and Camping World Truck Series.
Of those with wins in single series, Martin Truex Jr., Kyle Busch and Brad Keselowski have Busch/Nationwide Series wins. Bubba Wallace, Cole Custer, Christopher Bell, Justin Haley and Ross Chastain have Camping World Truck Series wins.
