In NASCAR's Penalty Report on Tuesday, they noted that Carson Ware, younger brother of Cody Ware and a part-time participant in the NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, has been reinstated after a
suspension that dates back to last year.
