What to Watch: Thursday

- Today is setup day at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. NTT IndyCar Series teams are already on the property, getting ready for their two-day show. NASCAR Xfinity Series teams are loading in this afternoon.

- NASCAR Camping World Truck Series teams are loading in this afternoon at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park as well, along with ARCA Menards Series teams. There is no on-track action at either track.

- In Belgium, qualifying for Saturday's TotalEnergies 24 Hours of Spa is this afternoon at 2:40 p.m. ET. The session will be available at the GT World YouTube channel and on MotorTrend+. If anything of note breaks, we'll have it for you at Frontstretch.

Sebastian Vettel Retiring at End of 2022 Season

At the Hungaroring Thursday, Aston Martin's Sebastian Vettel announced that he will be retiring from Formula 1 at the end of the season.

Camping World to End NASCAR Truck Series Sponsorship

Camping World CEO Marcus Lemonis announced Wednesday that Camping World will not return as the title sponsor of the now-NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, concluding a 14-year run at the end of the year.

Kurt Busch Out Again at Indy, Ty Gibbs to Sub

Kurt Busch and 23XI Racing announced Wednesday that Busch has still not been cleared to return to the car after his crash at Pocono and will sit out this weekend's Verizon 200 at the Brickyard.

FRM Appealing Pocono Penalty

Front Row Motorsports announced Wednesday that they plan to appeal the 100-point penalty and suspension handed down Tuesday after Michael McDowell flunked post-race inspection Sunday. Crew chief Blake Harris will be allowed at the track until the appeal is heard.

CGR Sues Alex Palou Over Contract Controversy

The mess surrounding Alex Palou has only turned into even more of a quagmire. Chip Ganassi Racing has filed a lawsuit against Alex Palou in Marion County (Indiana) Superior Court.

Entry List: 2022 Reese’s 200

For Friday evening's 200-lap ARCA Menards Series race at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, there are 24 teams entered. Chandler Smith will return to the series with Venturini Motorsports, while Dylan "Mamba" Smith will make his series debut with Young's Motorsports.
