- NASCAR held a sim racing doubleheader Tuesday night, both in NASCAR Xfinity Series cars. First up was the eNASCAR College Series with the Coca-Cola 80, a 35-lap on the ROVAL at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Stewart-Haas eSports' Steven Wilson led flag-to-flag to take the win and claim $3500 in scholarship money. Logan Clampitt was second, then Garrett Lowe, Nate Stewart and James Scioly.
Later on in the
evening, the eNASCAR Contender Road to Pro iRacing Series raced 150 miles (100 laps) at the virtual Homestead-Miami Speedway. Joey Brown was able to get the lead late in the going and hold on for the victory. Timmy Holmes was second, then Phoenix winner Vicente Salas. Kollin Keister and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series racer Kaden Honeycutt rounded out the top five.
