- Tuesday saw Goodyear hold a tire test at North Wilkesboro Speedway. Tyler Reddick, Austin Dillon and Chris Buescher spent hours trying out different compounds on the .625-mile oval. The takeaway here is that there will be a lot of tire falloff during the All-Star weekend, potentially as much as three seconds a lap.

- Ford Performance, via Ford CEO (and part-time racer) Jim Farley, posted the first public footage of the new Ford Mustang GT3 testing at Sebring International Raceway. Ford has been testing the new GT3 for the past couple of days. Ford did not release who was driving the car, but a very good possibility is Joey Hand, who was very involved in the development of the car last year. In a brief conversation with Frontstretch last year, Hand noted that last year was primarily going to be computer and simulation-based, while 2023 was when the actual on-track testing was going to begin.
