- Kyle Larson started second, took the lead on the first lap, then led all 40 laps Tuesday night to win the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series Ohio Logistics Brad Doty Classic at Attica Raceway Park. It is Larson's second straight Brad Doty Classic victory and second win of the year. Sheldon Haudenschild was second, then Carson Macedo, Donny Schatz and David Gravel.
Points leader Brad Sweet finished 15th. That produced a big enough swing that Gravel has taken over the points lead. His advantage is eight over Sweet. Macedo is third, then Logan Schuchart
and Haudenschild.
- In the Super DIRTcar Series, Anthony Perrego led flag-to-flag, but had to hold off Matt Sheppard in "an 18-lap brawl" to win the Anthracite Assault 75 Tuesday night at Big Diamond
Speedway. It is Perrego's first points paying victory in the series.
Sheppard was forced to settle for second, followed by Mat Williamson. Mike Mahaney and Peter Britten were fourth and fifth.
- NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series regular Ty Majeski took the lead away from Luke Fenhaus on a restart with four laps to go Tuesday night and held on to win the Slinger Nationals. It is
Majeski's third win in the short track classic.
Fenhaus ended up holding on for second, but was rather disappointed with the finish since he's been so close there in the past. Derek Thorn was third, then John DeAngelis and Austin
Nason.
