- At the Indianapolis Motor Speedway today, Marcus Armstrong, Tom Blomqvist and Linus Lundqvist will be taking part in Indianapolis 500 Rookie Orientation so that they can get used to the high speeds of the 2.5-mile oval. The session runs until 5 p.m. ET today. If you're in the Indianapolis area, the turn 2 viewing mounds are open to view the testing for free.
 

- In Georgia, the Motul Petit Le Mans race weekend begins today with practice for IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge, IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge and Idemitsu Mazda MX-5 Cup presented by BFGoodrich Tires. IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship teams are loading into the paddock today and have no on-track activity scheduled.
 

- NASCAR teams will be departing today (if they haven't already) for Las Vegas. We'll have any news that breaks for you at Frontstretch.

- Last night at Lincoln Park Speedway, the High Limit Sprint Car Series wrapped up their inaugural season. Drivers had to deal with the great-grandpappy of all cushions for 40 laps.

Rico Abreu led all 40 laps to claim the victory and $23,023. Tyler Courtney was second, then Kyle Larson, Kerry Madsen and Kevin Thomas Jr. Larson's third-place finish was enough for him to take the championship by seven points over Abreu.
