Richard Childress Racing announced Wednesday that 2023 ARCA Menards Series champion Jesse Love will move up to the NASCAR Xfinity Series and replace Sheldon Creed in the No. 2 Chevrolet in 2024.

In NASCAR's weekly penalty report, it was announced that Chris Hacker has been reinstated after completing the Road to Recovery. In addition, Austin Hill's crew chief Charles Street has been suspended for this weekend in Martinsville due to multiple
loose lug nuts.
