JR Motorsports announced Tuesday morning that Jarrett will move from the No. 8 to Justin Allgaier's No. 7 in 2024.

General Motors has officially registered to become an engine provider to Formula 1 teams. The current plan would be to supply engines starting in 2028.

Wayne Taylor Racing with Andretti announced that Jenson Button and Marcus Ericsson will round out their GTP driver lineups in January's Rolex 24 at Daytona.

| Pfaff Motorsports Reveals 2024 Lineup
Pfaff Motorsports revealed a completely new driver lineup for 2024 Monday. Oliver Jarvis and Marvin Kirchhoefer will share the No. 9 McLaren 720S GT3 full-time, while James Hinchcliffe joins in for the longer endurance races.

- Monday was a big day for team lineup releases in IMSA. First, The Heart of Racing released their
lineups. The No. 23 has an unchanged full-time lineup as Ross Gunn and Alex Riberas will once again go for the GTD Pro title in their Aston Martin. They will be joined by Mario Farnbacher, who returns to the team for the first time since 2016. He will be in the car for the three longest endurance races (Daytona, Sebring and Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta). If either Gunn or Riberas get injured or cannot
race due to conflicts, Farnbacher will be the substitute driver as well. The No. 27 will have Roman deAngelis and Marco Sorensen back for the full season. Zacharie Robichon will join the team for the five Michelin Endurance Cup races, while Ian James will drive in Daytona. - AO Racing revealed the full-time lineups for both of their cars Monday. Team owner PJ Hyett will move from GTD to the LMP2 class in the No. 99 ORECA 07-Gibson in 2024. His full-time teammate will be Paul-Loup Chatin, who moves over from PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports. The Porsche moves from GTD to GTD Pro and will be shared by Sebastian Priaulx and Laurin Heinrich. - Andrew Wojteczko Autosport fleshed out their 2024 driver lineup as well. As
previously announced, Orey Fidani and Matt Bell will drive the No. 13 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R full-time, while Anthony Mantella and Nico Varrone will race the No. 17. Lars Kern will be back in the No. 13 for the endurance races, while Thomas Merrill, who only competed with the team at Daytona, will have that role in the No. 17. Newly announced Corvette Racing factory driver Charlie Eastwood will have the Daytona-only slot in the No. 17. - Conquest Racing revealed a partial lineup for 2024. Manny Franco will drive the No. 34 Ferrari 296 GT3 full-time. Cedric Sbirrazzuoli will drive in the Michelin Endurance Cup races, while two-time GTD champion Alessandro Balzan will join in at Daytona, reprising his pairing with Franco from Fanatec GT World Challenge America powered by
AWS. Franco's full-time team is currently unknown. - Iron Lynx
announced their three-car Lamborghini lineup for the Rolex 24 at Daytona Monday. The No. 19 will run in GTD Pro with Mirko Bortolotti, Andrea Caldarelli, Jordan Pepper and Franck Perera. The No. 60 GTD entry has only a partial lineup announced with Matteo Cressoni and Claudio Schiavoni, who raced as teammates in the WEC this year. The third car is the Iron Dames No. 83, which will have Sarah Bovy, Rahel
Frey and Michelle Gatting, fresh off their class victory in Bahrain. A fourth driver will be announced later. |
