Around the World in Motorsports: Feb. 20 |
- An assorted group of IMSA teams were at Sebring International Raceway Tuesday for testing ahead of next month's Mobil 1 12 Hours of Sebring. Teams from all four classes were in action on the 3.74-mile road course under sunny skies. An interesting sight in footage of the session
from Lanky Turtle on YouTube was that Era Motorsport had a second car with the No. 17 on it testing. If this car were to race, it would need a new number since
Andrew Wojteczko Autosport (AWA) is full-time with that number in the GTD class on their Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R. We'll have to wait and see if that comes to pass.
