What to Watch: Wednesday-Thursday

- Teams are currently en route to Phoenix for this weekend's action on the one-mile tri-oval. Meanwhile, Formula 1 teams have media day in Jeddah today before practice.

Free Practice No. 1 is scheduled for 8:25 a.m. ET Thursday and will air live on ESPNU. F1 Academy will also start their season this weekend with practice at 6:05 a.m. ET tomorow on ESPN+.

NASCAR released their weekly penalty report Tuesday. In it, Nicholas Patterson and Jakob Prall have been suspended due to Chris Buescher's wheel falling off Sunday.
