Around the World in Motorsports: March 26 |
- A very unusual story was reported at North Wilkesboro Speedway Tuesday. The track reported that a sinkhole has opened underneath Section N of the frontstretch grandstands, revealing a room measuring approximately 700 square feet. The room is potentially part of a former "Moonshine Cave" that was hidden underneath the grandstands where illegal liquor was possibly produced. The track has to make emergency repairs to the concrete prior to
All-Star Weekend in May. |
