Rackley WAR announced Monday that Ty Dillon will step out of the No. 25 Chevrolet in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, effective immediately. He will stay on to coach development driver Dawson Sutton for the remainder of the year.

Saturday's playoff opener for the NASCAR Xfinity Series in Kansas has 39 teams entered. Aric Almirola rejoins Joe Gibbs Racing for the playoffs while Brad Perez and Daniel Dye return to the grid.
Friday night's Truck race in Kansas will have a short field of 34 trucks. Brenden Queen returns to TRICON Garage, while Nathan Byrd will drive for Young's Motorsports.
