- Halmar Friesen Racing announced Wednesday that Stewart Friesen has been released from the hospital and is
currently resting at home in Sprakers, N.Y. In the release, Stewart's wife Jessica indicated that in addition to the previously-announced pelvis injury (referred to as a "shattered pelvis" in the release) and leg fractures, he also suffered a fractured left hip and a fractured C7 vertebrae in the crash.
There is still no timeframe for a return to racing for Stewart. As you can see in the linked post, Stewart may
be home, but he arrived home in a neck brace and his mobility will be extremely limited for quite some time.

Timms also comes
out of Wednesday night leading the all-important Knoxville Nationals points. Haudenschild is second, then Rico Abreu, Corey Day and Axsom.
