- Day No. 8 of the 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports trial against NASCAR is underway in Charlotte. Jim France will be back on the stand to provide additional testimony. Once he is finished, the plaintiffs will likely rest, allowing the defense to begin calling their witnesses.
