- Action Express Racing announced Tuesday that Connor Zilisch will make his GTP debut in January's Rolex 24 at Daytona. He'll join full-time drivers Jack Aitken and Earl Bamber, along with endurance pilot Frederik Vesti.
Zilisch tested the Cadillac V-Series.R at Daytona International
Speedway back in November during an open test weekend. He ran competitive laps and worked well with the Jim France-owned organization. For more, check out our article about

- Speaking of the Rolex 24, Van der Steur Racing announced Thursday that Sebastien Baud will drive the team's No. 19 Aston Martin in the five Michelin Endurance Cup races in 2026. He joins the returning Valentin Hasse-Clot and Rory van der Steur.
- NBC Sports revealed their plans for 2026 IMSA coverage Thursday. There will be live and flag-to-flag
coverage of four races (Long Beach, Detroit, VIR and Indianapolis) on NBC, along with partial coverage of both the Rolex 24 at Daytona and the Motul Petit Le Mans.
A change for 2026 is that IMSA is considered to be an NBC Sports property. As a result, there will be no more races on USA Network. The events that are not on NBC will be on Peacock. This is compared to NASCAR being
considered a Versant property. All of their broadcasts will be with the newly-created USA Sports, but will still have some races on NBC in 2026.
The recently-relaunched NBCSN will also simulcast the full race at Laguna Seca, along with portions of the Mobil 1 12 Hours of Sebring and the portion of Motul Petit Le Mans that is not on NBC. This is in line with the original plan for NBCSN's relaunch, which
is to air events on linear TV that are on Peacock.
