- On Monday, news broke that Mary Louise Miller,
former owner of ML Motorsports in the now-NASCAR Xfinity Series and the ARCA Menards Series, died at the age of 78 Saturday.
Miller started out in stock car racing as an owner in ARCA, first with Andy Hillenburg driving. The team had six victories in ARCA competition, two with Jason Jarrett and four with Chad Blount. Driving the team's No. 67, Jarrett finished second in ARCA points
in 2003.
The team first entered the then-Busch Series in 2006 with their ARCA driver Justin Diercks. The team eventually made 188 starts in the series with one top-five finish, a fifth at Talladega with Mark Green in 2008, and two top 10s.
We at Frontstretch send our condolences to the Miller
family.
