- In IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge Practice No. 1 Wednesday afternoon, Ibiza Farm Motorsports' Michael Cooper was fastest overall with a lap at 105.901 mph in his McLaren. The lap was .238 seconds faster than Rebel Rock Racing's Robin Liddell.
Rennsport One's Jan Heylen was third, then Team TGM's Matt Plumb and Turner Motorsport's Robby Foley.
In TCR, Montreal Motorsport Group's Karl Wittmer was fastest with a lap at 103.898 mph in 21st overall. His lap was .313 seconds faster than Bryan Herta Autosport's Mason Filippi. RVA Graphics Motorsports by Speed Syndicate's Jaden Conwright was third in his Audi,
then Baker Racing's James Vance. Victor Gonzalez Racing Team's Tyler Gonzalez was fifth in his Cupra.
Practice No. 2 Thursday morning saw Cooper continue his momentum from not only the morning, but Indianapolis as well. He was fastest overall once again with a lap at 106.781 mph.
Cooper's lap was .494 seconds faster than Heylen. Copeland Motorsports' Ford Koch was third, followed by the Ford of McCumbee McAleer Racing's Nate Cicero. Team TGM's Paul Holton was fifth.
In TCR, Victor Gonzalez Racing Team's Eric Powell was fastest with a lap at 104.486 mph, good for 21st overall. Powell was .062 seconds faster
than MMG's Louis-Phillippe Montour. Bryan Herta Autosport's Bryson Morris was third, then Conwright and Denis Dupont.
