- SRO America released the full-season entry list for GT World Challenge America powered by AWS Monday. There are 21 teams, a significant increase over 2025.
JMF Motorsports is expanding from one Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO to two, while AF Corse is also expanding with the addition of a Pro entry.
McCann Racing, which has previously raced in IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge and Porsche Carrera Cup North America, will also field a Pro-class Porsche 911 GT3 R. That car will be shared by Michael McCann Jr. and Zachary Vanier.
- Monday saw the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series wrap up the Bike Week Jamboree at Volusia Speedway
Park. David Gravel started from the pole, but lost his advantage early to Carson Macedo.
Despite Macedo taking the lead, Gravel wasn't done with him. The two dueled for several laps. That allowed Anthony Macri to drive up behind the duo. On lap 14, he was able to drive around both drivers and take the lead.
From there, Macri, who won the Big Gator during the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series portion of the Federated Auto Parts DIRTcar Nationals last month, held on to take the win. It is his second win of the season and his third podium.
Macri won by .679 seconds over Ashton Torgerson. Gravel was
third, then Macedo and Daryn Pittman.
Through five races, Gravel has a two-point lead over Macri. Macedo is third, then Buddy Kofoid and Sheldon Haudenschild.
