- NASCAR teams are still at their shops in North Carolina, preparing for this week's action in Pennsylvania. Meanwhile, some of the more far-flung IMSA teams are already starting their haul east to Watkins Glen.
- World of Outlaws NoS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series teams will race for 50 laps tonight at Huset's Speedway for the second night in a row. A brief recap of Monday night's race is below. That action starts at 7:45 p.m. at DirtVision.com.

Around the World in Motorsports: June 21-22

- David Gravel was able to get around Donny Schatz in lapped traffic on lap 10. After a caution due to a flat tire for Aaron Reutzel, Gravel opened up a big lead. Schatz ran him down in the closing laps, but Gravel was able to hold on to win Night No. 1 of the Huset's 50 at Huset's Speedway in Brandon, S.D. Schatz was second, then Kerry Madsen. Brad Sweet was fourth, while Kyle
Larson, fresh off of his victory in the Ally 400, was fifth.
Through 34 races, Sweet continues to lead the points by 42 over Gravel. Carson Macedo is third, then Schatz and Sheldon Haudenschild.

For this weekend's NASCAR Cup Series doubleheader at Pocono Raceway, there are 38 teams entered. Cody Ware returns to the No. 51 Chevrolet after his INDYCAR debut, while James Davison returns to the No.

For Sunday's 225-mile Xfinity Series race at Pocono, there are 41 teams currently entered. That will mean that MBM Motorsports' No. 13 will fail to qualify. Sam Mayer, who is now 18, begins his tenure in JR
