| | Jeff Gordon Stepping Away From FOX, Becoming Vice Chairman of Hendrick Motorsports
Hendrick Motorsports announced Wednesday that starting in 2022, Jeff Gordon will become the vice chairman of the team, effectively second in command to Rick Hendrick.
He will leave FOX Sports to take this role.
