Will Bamber claimed to SportsCar365.com that the whole situation was a misunderstanding and that all the charges have been dropped. The IMSA team will be unaffected by the situation. It will now simply be known as Team Hardpoint and we at Frontstretch will make that change as well (we previously referred to the team as Team Hardpoint/EBM).

For Sunday's 500-mile Cup race at Talladega, there are 40 cars entered. Justin Haley moves over to Kaulig Racing's entry for the weekend, while Garrett Smithley and Joey Gase swap seats.

| | Justin Allgaier Returning to Spire at Talladega
With Justin Haley driving for Kaulig Racing in the YellaWood 500, it opens up Spire Motorsports' No. 77. Justin Allgaier will drive the car Sunday with sponsorship from BRANDT.

For Saturday's Xfinity Series Sparks 300, there are 41 teams entered. MBM Motorsports' No. 13 for Timmy Hill will be excluded from racing. Santino Ferrucci will return to Sam Hunt Racing's No. 26, while Josh Berry
will continue in place of Michael Annett. JJ Yeley moves to BJ McLeod Motorsports.

For Saturday's 250-mile Camping World Truck Series race at Talladega, there are 40 trucks entered. Willie Allen will make his first start since 2014 in the Rackley W.A.R. Chevrolet he co-owns, while Jordan Anderson will be
back in his own No. 3.

| | Jack Harvey Finishes 7th in Emotional Long Beach Grand Prix
For Jack Harvey, Sunday's Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach was the end of a long journey for him. It is his final race with Meyer Shank Racing with Curb-Agajanian, the team that took a chance on him in INDYCAR. He's
leaving for as-of-now-unannounced territory, but extremely thankful for his time with the team.
